Psychological and pedagogical conditions of development of moral position of pre-school teacher in the process of self-education

Abstract

The psychological and pedagogical conditions of development and formation of a moral position of a teacher of preschool educational institution in the process of self-education have been disclosed in the article. The author focuses on the expediency of developing the moral needs of preschool educators, the needs for professional self-education, self-development, professional knowledge, needs for self-identification. In the context of the transition to a humanistic education paradigm, attention to personality-oriented technologies, the need for the subject development of the educator, the problem of forming a professional and moral position of the educator is actualized. The purpose of the article is to reveal the psychological and pedagogical conditions of the moral position of the educator of preschool educational institution in the process of self-education. The moral position of the educator is an assessment related to the norms of social behavior and its observance, which educator must realize and adopt it as a guide for its actions. Moral position includes: reflection as a reflection of its professional activity, professional and moral consciousness as awareness of the rules of its behavior, altruism as willingness to sacrifice its personal interests for the benefit of children, empathy as an understanding and feeling in the experience, emotions, mental states of another person, spirituality as the higher sides of the inner world, value orientations as an attitude to the totality of material and spiritual ideals. The high level of development of all the leading factors determines the formation of a stable professional and moral position. On the basis of the above-mentioned provisions, we assumed that the process of developing the moral position of the educator of a preschool educational institution in the process of self-education would be most optimal under the following psychological and pedagogical conditions: - to develop the moral needs of the preschool educator; - to form the need of professional self-education of educator of preschool educational institution; - to promote professional and moral self-determination of the educator of pre-school educational institution.
