The author’s submission of materials to the editorial office for subsequent publication in the Licensee’s journals is deemed to confirm acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

By submitting the manuscript, the author confirms that the material:

• does not infringe the economic or moral copyright rights of third parties, institutions or organisations;
• has not previously been published by other publishers;
• is not under consideration by any other scientific or publishing outlet at the time of submission.

The author retains copyright in the work created by them. At the same time, the publisher receives the right of first publication of the material under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution International License CC BY.

Within the scope of this right, the publisher may:

• publish articles in English and distribute their printed copies;
• translate Ukrainian-language articles into English and distribute the printed version of such translation;
• distribute the electronic version of the article, as well as the electronic version of its English-language translation if the article was submitted in Ukrainian, through any electronic channels, including by placing it on the official website of the journal, in electronic databases, repositories and other information resources.

In every case of use, distribution or citation of the material, a full bibliographic reference to the article or an active hyperlink to its electronic version posted on the official website of the journal must be provided.
