Preconditions of emergence of scientific education in the Renaissance

Abstract

The article considered the status of development of science education in the Renaissance. The purpose of the article is to determine the contribution of humanists of the Renaissance to the amplification of pedagogy as a science and the concept of scientific education. Scientific education in the modern educational process considered in scientific research by S. Dovhyi, M. Halchenko, Yu. Hotsuliak. The philosophy of education investigate scientists such as V. Andrushchenko, V. Vashkevych, T. Andrushchenko, V. Ohneviuk and others. Considered by humanist’s views on the development of scientific knowledge in the period of antiquity, the Middle Ages, and the Renaissance are analyzed. Determined the reasons, which become the catalyst for the evolution and dissemination of scientific methods of investigation of the environment, were determined. The considered the impact of scientific research in the Renaissance on contemporary science. Determined the contribution of humanists of the pedagogy of the Renaissance period. Considered the relationship between art and science, which in tandem plays a decisive role in the formation of the Renaissance culture. The Renaissance gave the world's science the names that made the revolution in public consciousness on the scientific study of Franciscus Patricius, Giordano Bruno, Tommaso Campanella, Cosimo de' Medici, Gerolamo Cardano, Poggio Bracciolini, Paolo dal Pozzo Toscanelli, Leonardo da Vinci, Dante Alighieri, Francesco Petrarca, Luigi Marsilius and others. Typography, discoveries of America, the heliocentric structure of the world - led to the need to rethink the existing educational system - the content and methodology that needed to be changed immediately. The evolution of scientific knowledge was begun by humanists' awareness of the gaps in the arguments of the Christian paradigms, which until then were considered the highest value.
