The integrative approach to the study of the phenomenon of psychological and social adaptation

Abstract

Questions of methodological bases and technologies of studying psychosocial adaptation (PSA) are considered in the article. Presented scientific and theoretical analysis of the concepts of "integrative approach", "psychosocial adaptation", "integrative eclectic." Disclosed is the psychological meaning of the term "psychosocial adaptation", as a complex multi-component phenomenon. It is shown that the methodological principles study of PSA are: a comprehensive and systematic approach, the principle of dynamic study, the use of different methods and techniques. At every age stage study of PSA is advantageously carried out using several techniques to get a better understanding of the flow of the PSA process and its disorders, in addition, the selected method must be adapted to the age of the respondent. The most important are the advantages of an integrated approach, such as: multi-vector analysis, the focus of attention on the multiplicity phenomenon under study, combining quantitative and qualitative research methods, different methodologies in order to identify the various aspects of the phenomenon under investigation, knowledge of the complex and contradictory social and psychological phenomena, combining theory, their systematic construction, the use of different theoretical approaches in order to obtain the maximum possible information. To solve this problem we have been used: systematization and conceptualization of scientific ideas, comparative, systematic analysis.
