Abstract
The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the essence of self-realization in the professional field, the features of professional self-determination and professional development of young people have been described. The author has described some methods of active social-psychological training: business games, role-playing and simulation games that stimulate the development of professional thinking and professional identity of future specialists of management, form the constructive "self-image" of professional.
