Анотація
Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що цифрове освітнє середовище у вищій освіті дедалі частіше стає джерелом не лише гнучкості навчання, а й інформаційного перевантаження, постійної доступності, фрагментації комунікації, когнітивного напруження та недостатнього відновлення студентів і викладачів. Метою статті була систематизація проявів цифрового перевантаження та цифрового вигорання у вищій освіті, визначення їхніх стадій, рольових відмінностей між студентами й викладачами та інституційних чинників, що посилюють або послаблюють ризики вигорання. У дослідженні використано наративний огляд літератури, концептуальний і порівняльний аналіз, типологічне узагальнення та моделювання. У результаті обґрунтовано, що цифрове вигорання має мультидименсійну структуру й охоплює емоційні, когнітивні, поведінкові, соціальні та фізіологічні прояви. Визначено континуум його розвитку від епізодичного цифрового стресу до цифрової втоми, цифрового перевантаження та клінічно значущого вигорання. Доведено, що ранні прояви цифрового стресу можуть бути зменшені через технічну підтримку, чіткі інструкції та короткі перерви, тоді як цифрове перевантаження й вигорання потребують перегляду цифрового навантаження, комунікаційних правил, організаційної підтримки та професійної психологічної допомоги. Розроблено авторську типологію рольових проявів цифрового вигорання: у студентів воно проявляється через академічне виснаження, цифрову прокрастинацію, зниження мотивації, послаблення навчальної ідентичності та належності до університетської спільноти; у викладачів – через емоційне виснаження, цифрово-педагогічну невпевненість, деперсоналізацію онлайн-взаємодії, приховану цифрову працю та зниження якості викладання. Запропоновано концептуальну модель цифрового вигорання у вищій освіті за стадіями, рольовими проявами та інституційними наслідками. Практична цінність дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні диференційованих профілактичних заходів для студентів, викладачів і адміністрацій закладів вищої освіти
