Functional characteristics of professional and personal experience of specialist in musical art

Abstract

The article analyzes the functional characteristics of professional - personal experience of a specialist in musical art. It is stressed, that the effectiveness of professional activity of specialists in the artistic sphere depends not only on the possession of a certain amount of knowledge, but also on the ability to operate with them, to be willing to change and adapt to the modern educational trends and social requirements, handle and manage information, be engaged actively and creatively, make quick decisions, learn throughout life, constantly enriching their professional-personal experience. Simultaneously with the acquisition of experience, personal development of the teacher-musician requires a constant overcoming of certain types of socially organized stereotypes and, instead, finding optimal education updated samples for satisfaction of professional, aesthetic and livelihood needs, learning of new social models. Analyzing the fundamental function of professional-personal experience, it is necessary to focus on the so-called "dessimination" of experience. In general, the concept of "dessimination" is interpreted in pedagogy as a special means of sharing and exploring the experience that meets the needs of its recipients. This sense of desimination concept ensures the distribution of innovative experience in the environment of professional activity of musical art teachers, developing the various elements of the innovative musical pedagogical systems and technologies. It is proved that the informative function of professional-personal experience of the teacher-musician is of particular importance in the conditions of informatization of education, when one of the main tasks of continuous art education is to train highly qualified specialists who possess not only the necessary complex of professional knowledge and skills, but also freely use information and communication technologies as one of the most innovative and effective means of professional activity.
