Technological and projecting skills of masters of primary education : essence, state and formation directions

Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problems of professional preparation of masters of specialty 013 “Primary education”. This is due to the society's request for the formation of a personality who possesses not only the system of special knowledge and professional skills, but also has a high level of the professionally important competences in accordance with European standards of the quality of the education. The educational program of preparation of masters of primary education determines the main components of the activity through project, technological and constructive functions. The implementation of the project activity of master-students is important for the formation and development of technologically-designing skills. Therefore, master-students must not only possess the whole complex of technologically-designing skills, but also form such skills in primary school pupils. We consider the technologically-designing skills of master-students of primary education as a component of professional competence, which provides forecasting of future activities, the sequence of their own actions, the search for the optimal ways for the realization scientific research and pedagogical activities. An important condition for the effectiveness of the formation of technologically-designing skills of masters of pedagogy and the methodology of primary education can be organized on a technological basis project activity, which predetermines the further deployment of scientific research on the use of design technology in higher pedagogical education. One of the components of the formation of technologically-designing skills of future teachers of pedagogy and methods of primary education may be the organization of research work of students on the basis of project activities. The conducting of the Days of Science at the University is important for the formation of technologically-designing skills that allow students not only to present their own scientific achievements, but also to enrich their own experience. Presentation of works of scientific circles, problem groups, sectional meetings, posters reports on the results of scientific activities of students and teachers, etc. are occur exactly within the Days of Science.
