Key aspects of the future foreign language teachers training to pedagogical communication

Abstract

Theoretical analysis of current researches concerning the preparation of future teachers for teaching foreign language communication showed that every lesson - a model for professional communication. The level of compliance (or non) of this model to optimal pedagogical principles of communication depends on the nature of the future foreign language teacher pedagogigal activity. The basis for communicative interaction between students and the teacher in the classroom is a didactic language of the teacher. Didactic language is a means of intercultural communication in the classroom and a learning tool, a kind of educational material. The summary of scientific views allows to consider that a didactic language of teachers is a verbalized set of professional and communicative actions on students to transfer ideas and meaningful impact addressed to the fulfillment of the communicative and cognitive tasks. The scientists have noted that the didactic language of foreign language teachers is characterized by certain specific characteristics (addressivness, emotionality and expressiveness, efficiency, consciousness and creativity, authenticity, language adaptation, etc.).The professional communication of foreign language teacher has the following functions: educational, organizational, gnostic, controling, correcting,organizer of intercultural communication.The knowledge of the functional structure of pedagogical communication plays an important role in the formation of future foreign language teachers for communicative interaction in the classroom as their activities should be directed to the development of effective interaction between members of the student group studying a foreign language, improvement of interpersonal relations, strengthening the students’ cohesion. It can be realized through the use of pedagogical innovations, such as training technologies in training of future foreign language teachers. Students are able to analyze models of solving artificially organized virtual and professional communicative situations, extend professional experience of communication and the functions of a foreign language teachers, which can be the basis of forming their professionalism in teaching foreign language students.
