Abstract
The author attempts to describe the principles and methods of forming civil competence of primary school teacher to be through scientific and theoretical analysis of literature on psychology and pedagogy. The focus of attention lies in the characteristics of general pedagogical as well as specific principles. The author proves that teaching methods are the main elements of didactic supply for the model of forming civil competence of primary school teacher to be. The article gives an idea of the theoretical aspects and significance of interactive technology implementation in the educational process of a teacher’s pedagogical college. The author supposes that interactive teaching diversifies the students’ educational activities and contributes to the formation of civil competence of teachers to be.
