Psychological conditions of development of creative competitive personality of a student

Abstract

The study of the psychological conditions of competitive and creative personality of student of higher educational establishment has been considered in the article. The relevance of the study has been defined, the psychological nature of the concepts of "competition", "competitive person" and "creativity" have been clarified and specified; an integral characteristics of competitive personality have been determined, in particular: high efficiency; commitment to high-quality final result; stress, ability to overcome difficulties; creative approach to cases and labor; the desire of professional self-improvement; capacity for making responsible and sometimes risky decisions; communication skills, capacity for cooperation, collaboration, co-creation; ability to rapid development of new business; ability to self-education, self-realization, self-development. The article highlights the main psychological conditions and factors that determine the effectiveness of competitive and creative personality of student in the educational process of the university. The most important psychological conditions of creativity development of students are: a variety of creative activity in the motivational, emotional, cognitive and communicative, active, spiritual and moral aspects considering psychological characteristics of adolescence; creative developmental environment; orientation program for the development of an integrated, competitive and creative personality of student.
