Abstract
This paper presents a synthesis view of the constituent components of the motivational aspects of practical and vocational training of the future professional in the specialized departments in the process of formation of his own professional competence. Determination of the real relation of the student to the practical training in the process of education as motivating way of achievement the main goal - a quality education that ensures social perspectives and professional ability, which is possible through the prism of personal work in the direction of practical training in higher educational establishments and vocational training industrial bases in curriculum and extra curriculum time.
