Permanent professional training of a music teacher in the Republic of Poland

Abstract

The article analyzes foreign experience of continuous professional training for music masters in the Republic of Poland. Essentials of regularities and common tendencies in professional training for music masters in the European states mentioned above are identified: increase of attention to continuous pedagogic education; combination of general music education with professional training; gradual complication of music-pedagogical education and increase of higher school students’ population; increase of attention to the first stage of higher education (or its abridgement); gradual creation of “integration universal establishments” where specialized secondary and higher education establishments will function for the purposes of preparation of music masters with different qualifications. Factors promoting improvement of music masters’ professional preparation content, recognition of their standards at the world level are defined.
