Evolution of the problem of encouraging pre-school employees’ self-improvement at the end of the 19th century

Abstract

The problem of encouraging employees to pre-cultivation in the late nineteenth century has beem considered in the article. It is noted that the establishment of a system to encourage staff to self preschool profile late nineteenth occurred in the context of socio-economic and cultural-historical processes that are relevant at the time in the country.
