Abstract
An attempt to theoretical analysis of the formation of ideology student and given psychological - pedahoohichni premise of this process has been made in the article. The main factors that influenced the formation of a student's personality in learning: mental processes, states and individual - psychological characteristics have been investigated. The article deals with the concept of "academic performance"; out psychological factors of academic success, analyzes the results of psychological factors of student achievement. We consider the personality of the student as the subject of effective teaching - professional activities.
