Professional burnout of emploees of contemporary educational institutions

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of occupational burnout employees modern educational institutions. The purpose of the article is to examine the theoretical approaches to professional burnout syndrome of workers. Solved understanding of professional burnout syndrome in connection with the concept of burnout, which is defined as a manufactured personality psychological defense mechanism; as a form of professional deformation personality, formed under the influence of external and internal conditions. It was analized the essence of professional burnout syndrome and its relationship with occupational stress. Professional burnout syndrome is a common name effects of long working stress and certain types of professional crisis, it is a state of physical, mental and emotional exhaustion primarily caused by long-term, emotionally overloaded communicative situations. It was present the analysis of approaches to professional burnout in foreign psychology that it is defined as a two-dimensional model consisting of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization; a three-component system consisting of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduction of their own personal achievements and is considered in terms of the presence of three levels and three stages according Spanol D. and R. Kepyuto and C. Maslach. According to V. Boyko, professional burnout syndrome has 3 components, each of which consists of 4 symptoms. It was analysed the works of scientists, containing research professional burnout in employees of educational institutions, including those that describe research results in the manifestation of the syndrome teachers. Determined that the occurrence of burnout in employees of educational institutions, particularly in the teaching staff is individual reasons and reasons related to the organizational terms of acting, passing through the prism of personal factors act as triggers and reinforcing factors of development and professional burnout. The analysis can be the basis of research manifestations professional burnout in Workplace economic and tourism sectors, as well as search and develop preventive, corrective means to prevent and overcome professional exhaustion of domestic workers organizations.
