Open Access Policy

The journal “Scientific Bulletin of Mukachevo State University. Series “Pedagogy and Psychology” is an open access scientific journal. This means that all materials published in the journal are available for reading, viewing, downloading and use without financial, technical or organisational restrictions for readers, researchers, lecturers, students, libraries, scientific institutions and other interested persons.

The journal does not charge readers or their institutions for access to the full texts of articles. Viewing, downloading and distributing published materials are carried out without the need for a subscription, registration or payment of an open access fee.

The journal’s open access policy is aimed at ensuring the free dissemination of scientific knowledge, increasing the visibility of research results, expanding opportunities for citing published works and supporting the principles of open science.

 

Access Rights

All articles published in the journal are made available in open access and remain permanently accessible. Readers have the right to read, download, copy, store, print, distribute and use the full texts of articles free of charge in accordance with the terms of the licence under which they are published.

Access to the journal’s materials is provided without an embargo; that is, articles become available to users immediately after publication. Full-text versions of articles are posted on the official website of the journal in the “Archive” section and may be included in electronic databases, catalogues, repositories and other scientific information resources.

The journal ensures the possibility of long-term access to published materials, which contributes to the preservation of research results and their further use in academic, educational and professional activities.

 

User Rights

The terms of use, distribution and reuse of published materials are determined by the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Under this licence, users have the right to copy, distribute, transmit, store, reproduce and display published articles or their individual parts. It is also permitted to create extracts, annotations, abstracts, reviews, teaching materials, derivative works or other new materials based on published articles.

Users may adapt, translate, modify, revise or otherwise transform materials published in the journal, including for scientific, educational, informational, professional or commercial purposes. The licence also permits commercial use of materials, including reuse and inclusion in other publications, electronic resources, databases or educational products.

Such use is permitted only on condition that authorship is properly acknowledged. The user must provide the names of the authors, the title of the article, the title of the journal, the year of publication, issue number, pages or other bibliographic details, and, where available, the DOI or another link to the official version of the article.

When reusing materials, users must also provide a link to the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) and indicate whether any changes have been made to the original text. If the material has been translated, shortened, adapted or revised, the user must clearly indicate the nature of such changes.

Author Rights

Authors retain copyright in their scientific works. Submission of a manuscript to the journal and its subsequent publication do not constitute the transfer of copyright to the journal or the publisher.

Authors have the right to use their published articles in their further scientific, educational and professional activities. In particular, they may deposit articles in institutional or subject repositories, post them on their own webpages or in profiles on scientific platforms, use them in the educational process, and include them in dissertations, monographs, reports, presentations or other academic materials, provided that proper reference is made to the original publication in the journal.

The journal “Scientific Bulletin of Mukachevo State University. Series “Pedagogy and Psychology” receives the right of first publication, official posting and distribution of the article in accordance with the terms of open access. This right enables the journal to publish the material on the official website, ensure its availability in the “Archive” section, and transfer metadata and full texts to scientific databases, catalogues, repositories and other information resources.

In the event of subsequent use of the article by the authors or third parties, it is mandatory to indicate that the first official publication of the material is the article published in the journal “Scientific Bulletin of Mukachevo State University. Series “Pedagogy and Psychology”.

 

Posting of Full Texts
