Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of constructing a model of a teacher based on its pedagogical local lore activity. The basic aspects of readiness for pedagogical local lore activity which are reflected in the proposed model: structure, hierarchy, integrability and integrity, are determined. The model components are represented in accordance with the specific influence of pedagogical local lore as a system of creating the fundamental nucleus: motives of pedagogical local lore activity, knowledge of pedagogical local lore, pedagogical local lore ability and skills, namely: motivational, substantive and procedural-activity. The main statements of the model which includes a system of pedagogical ethnographic training of a future specialist are specified, diagnostics on the basis of differentiation of means of pedagogical action on the level of formation of readiness; the leading role of the activity and communication in the formation of a specialist; the unity of the motivational, substantive and procedural-activity components of readiness; unity of theoretical and practical training of students; optimality, consistency and continuity in the organization of the educational process. The pedagogical conditions of functioning of the developed system of training of a teacher are revealed, professional pedagogical and ethnographic orientation of students’ training; stimulation of cognitive activity of students; introduction of active pedagogical technologies into the educational process; moral and psychological atmosphere in the student’s team The place of pedagogical local lore in the system of the specified training is determined.
