The article deals with the peculiarities of the public organizations and associations activities on the youth ecological culture formation in the Carpathian Euroregion. Forms and methods of environmental and educational activity in the process of youth classification according to their professional activities have been systematised. The effectiveness of forming the content (informational, educational) component part of the youth ecological culture has been shown,at which the interaction in the system "man-nature" is taken into consideration. The period of the information products and information systems influence, in the form of Internet resources, on the ecological culture formation of pupils, students and working young people has beensingled out. An effective model of activity of public associations on the formation of the ecological culture of youth in the Carpathian Euroregion is presented. It is indicated that young people who work in various spheres of production or self-employed, the process of forming the ecological culture of youth is supplemented by special knowledge, skills and skills, respectively, with a professional orientation. The expediency of formation of the ecological culture of young people taking into account the rational component (knowledge, skills, skills, inferences, beliefs, reservations, traditions, norms, customs ...) and an irrational component, namely irrational thinking, which is called a feeling, is indicated.
