Abstract
The problem of implementing of personal projects as a factor of successful professional self-realization of specialist was always under great importance. Especially urgent this issue became now, in the period of crisis transformation of society under radically changing conditions of labour, the decrease of the number ofstate working places,mas jobs are massively cuts. The factors enumerated above deprive the person of professional self-realization. These problemsforce the specialists in different fields to create their own jobs themselves and implement their personal projects. The aim of the article is to analyze the theoretical foundations of professional self-realization and self-employment that will enable specialists to create their own jobs and implement their personal projects. The professional self-realization is equated to the concept of "self-employment", which allows an alternative way of earning, which is realized through man’s selling his personal labour. Having a wish to create his|her professional workplace or implement their personal projects as a way of professional self-realization, the person runs one of the types of economic behavior, based on the economic activity, self-regulation and risk. Following this behavior specialists should be able to organize their economic activities, to find a way out of different situations, interact with the environment, with the use of a of social relationships and be prepared to take the risks. To create jobs and implement their personal projects the following incremental phases are proposed: strategic (planning of basic ways of professional self-management plans identifying key objectives and directions), technological (the necessary equipment, facilities, staff), active (put their ideas into practice, state registration). It is important to estimate personal capabilities, skills and analysis of external conditions, economic conditions on the labor market. The proposed implementation stages of personal professional projects provide quick and correct fulfillment of successful implementation.
