Abstract
An essential feature of modern vocational education is a focus on providing of developmental nature that will help students to identify themselves as professionals. The purpose of the article is the justification of the essence of future specialists’ professional identity. Analysis of recent research and publications shows that over the past decade the new direction in scientific investigations was formed: the study of various aspects of identity. Modern scientific researches of processes of professional identification belong to L.Schneider, I.Grieg, B.Krechetovaand others. Identity, which is interpreted in the literature as the identity of reference, consistency, clarity, is considered as a dynamic system that develops nonlinearly throughout line and has a complex hierarchical structure. Identity is understood as belonging to a particular social or professional group. The interpretation of the concept of «identity» in conjunction with professional features in professional studies is based on active approach to the determination of according of the person who gets the profession with some specific, concrete characteristics. Formation of professional identity is viewed as a process that consists of the following elements: 1) dissociation or regression of existing foundations of "I – form" – the vision of yourself in the future profession; 2) uncertainty of foundations for further development of the individual, that needs to provide students with the opportunity to see different models of display professional identity in virtual and simulated professional situations; 3) overcoming of uncertainty by constructing a new identity that is manifested in the new "I – form" in the acting of professional roles, such as simulation situations of training of professional identity. We see the scientific novelty is that in the process of identifying those held personally important and significant effects for the student, emphasizing his subjectivity, in their own interest profesiogenesis: understanding his value attitude to the future profession; self-acceptance in the profession as an effective specialist, not only as a diploma owner; professional adaptation to perform specialized functions and roles; awareness professional capabilities by future specialists; analysis of prototype of professional activities, image design of professional future, understanding of own professional positions; definition, specification and formulation of axio-acmeological milestones that define ways of professional development; develop the student's own professional models and their own professional style of professional activity; realization of opportunities to increase their professional competence and achieve professional success as a result of conditions to see themselves as experts in virtual and professional situations; management in a simulated professional situations, transforming ability to manage their professional development. As a result of the theoretical analysis of the nature of professional identity three blocks of professional identification are grouped: professional adaptation, professional identity and professional modeling.
