Theoretical and methodological determinants of high school pedagogics as a science and art

Abstract.

The arcticle is devoted to the analysis of actual state of social and humanitairian sciences in higher education on the basis of creative‚ constructive and critical usage of new normative and legal documents in scientific and social sphere of different social humanistic sources and editions, as well as the attemt to describe major problems and perspective tendencies of their developmen has been made. The attention is paid to methodological‚ intellectual importance of social sciences in theoretical substantiation and expert assessment of strategical vectors of european modernization of higher education of Ukraine.
