Model of the future educators training to the organisation of preschool children constructive activity

Abstract.

The strategic task of higher pedagogical institutions is to create conditions for realization and self-identity of personality in rich information environment. It requires a transition from declarative to practically oriented model of training and education, which aims to find new ways and means for the development of personal resources of children, their needs, interests, aptitudes and abilities. The need of human development, capable of constructive activity is topical in the personal aspect. Developing skills for constructive activity acquires such significance today because it is a basic quality of personality, its nucleus, the central characteristic. The model of future educators training to the organization of preschool children constructive activity will help to define specific ways of creating a constructive educational environment to identify predictive trends in the development of the problem of teachers’ adequate preparation. The system of higher educational institutions requires constant improvement and introduction of new forms and methods that encourage independent and creative activity of students. This necessitates the development of model of future educators’ training to the organization of preschool children constructive activity. The model of pedagogical conditions realization of the formation of future educators’ readiness to the organization of preschool children constructive activity has been grounded in the article. The author's model has the form of structurally-logic schemes, representing its individual components: the purpose, tasks, forms, methods and tools, components, criteria, levels and results. The model is effective under certain pedagogical conditions: the formation of motivational attitudes for the organization of constructive activities as a means of preschool child development; implementation of mental activity approach to educational and cognitive activity organization as a promising means of ensuring the integrity of the educational process; the development of cognitive independence and creative personality that will manifest in the formation of skills, self-awareness, self-projection, self-realization and self-control. The purpose of this article is to create and prove the model of future educators’ training to the organization of preschool children constructive activity. The goal realization of the necessary pedagogical conditions will ensure a certain level of future educators’ training to the organization of preschool children constructive activity. The verification of the level of preparation should be carried out in accordance with the defined model the criteria for future educators’ readiness to the organization of preschool children constructive activity.
